What happens if I'm late?
We grant a strict 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment may be cancelled or modified to a shorter service to respect the next client's time and maintain our high standards.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We accept walk-ins based on availability, and also recommend booking in advance through Booksy to guarantee your preferred time with your barber of choice.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance via the Booksy app or by calling the shop. No-shows or late cancellations disrupt the schedule and may be subject to a fee applied on your next visit.
Do I need to wash my hair before arriving?
It is always appreciated if you arrive with clean hair free of heavy products (like thick pomades or gels). However, if you select one of our VIP Packages, a premium hair wash is already included in the service.
